Earlier this week in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, a ban was placed on the selling cats and dogs as pets, or walking them in public. The reason? It's because of men apparently using them to make passes at women. Not surprisingly, bloggers both inside and outside of Saudi Arabia have responded with disbelief.
